1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Pillar and its customers regarding the sale of personalized financial diagnostics.
2. Products and Services
Pillar offers three diagnostic packages: • Essential Diagnostic: 15 questions - €29 • In-depth Diagnostic: 30 questions - €49 • Complete Diagnostic: 50 questions - €79 Each diagnostic includes: - A detailed questionnaire - Personalized AI analysis - A downloadable PDF report - Recommendations tailored to your profile
3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Pillar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order. Displayed prices include applicable VAT at the time of order.
4. Ordering
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The ordering process includes: 1. Selection of diagnostic type 2. Answering the questionnaire 3. Validation and payment 4. Email confirmation Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and Terms of Sale in effect.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely online via Stripe. Accepted payment methods are: - Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - Apple Pay / Google Pay Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The service is delivered after payment validation.
6. Service Delivery
The diagnostic report is generated automatically after payment validation. It is accessible: - Immediately in your client area - By email in PDF format Generation time: a few minutes maximum after payment validation. In case of technical issues, the delivery time may be extended. The customer will be informed by email.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer. By ordering a diagnostic, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.
8. Warranties
Pillar commits to: - Provide a diagnostic based on the answers provided - Generate a report within the announced timeframe - Protect your personal data Pillar does not guarantee: - The absolute accuracy of recommendations - Perfect suitability for your specific situation - Future financial results Diagnostics are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute regulated investment advice.
9. Liability
Pillar cannot be held responsible for: - Decisions made based on the diagnostic - Financial losses resulting from applying recommendations - Service interruptions due to force majeure - Inaccuracy of information provided by the customer Pillar's liability is limited to the amount paid for the diagnostic.
10. Intellectual Property
The diagnostic report remains the property of Pillar. The customer has a personal, non-transferable right to use the report. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the report is prohibited without prior written authorization.

12. Complaints

13. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
